This one has been a long time in the making - 2 year fermented honey from Rick’s Produce blended with 1 year fermented Thai chili from Thao’s Farm, and Staghorn Sumac that we foraged in Buffalo, NY. This one is near and dear too both of our hearts, and we’re super proud of the depth of flavor that you get from both the fresh sumac and those funky fermented chilis.
