A new addition to our drink lineup! If you're not familiar with shrubs, they're an old school method of preserving fruit by making a fruit syrup and mixing it with vinegar to make a base to flavor your beverages. You can add a couple ounces to a glass of soda water to make a tangy seltzer, or mix it with your spirit of choice! We even like to drizzle the syrup over ice cream. This one is made with Rancho Santa Cecilia Passionfruit and Schaner Makrut Lime.
